1. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Potravinárska komora Slovenska processes the personal data of participants for the purpose of:
registration for the event, organization and ensuring the smooth running of the event,
communication with participants (organizational instructions, programme changes), keeping records of participants, sending related information about the chamber’s activities (if consent has been granted), creating visual and audio recordings of the event.

2. Scope of Processed Data
We process in particular the following personal data: 

first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided), organization/employer,
position/job title, or other data provided during registration.

3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the basis of:
performance of a contract (participation in the event), the legitimate interest of the controller (organization of the event, record-keeping), the consent of the data subject (e.g., marketing communications, photographs).

4. Data Retention
We retain personal data:
for the duration of the event and for the time necessary after its conclusion, for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of the event (or until consent is withdrawn, in the case of marketing).

5. Recipients of Data
Personal data may be disclosed to:

co-organizers or partners of the event (to the extent necessary), providers of IT services or registration systems, public authorities, where required by law.

6. Photography and Recordings
Photographs, video recordings, or audiovisual outputs may be created at the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the activities of Potravinárska komora Slovenska. These materials may be published on the website, social networks, or in promotional materials.

to access your data, to rectification of incorrect data, to erasure of data, to restriction of processing, to object to processing, to data portability,
to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
