Registration conditions
1. General Provisions
These registration terms of the association Potravinárska komora Slovenska (Slovak Food Chamber), with its registered office at Karadžičova 7610/16, 821 08 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, ID No.: 36065803, registered with the District Office Bratislava (“Organizer”), govern the conditions for registering participants for events organized by the Organizer.

For the purposes of these terms, the Customer means a legal entity or natural person who registers a participant for the event and is listed as the payer. The Participant means a natural person attending the event. The Participant and the Customer may be the same person.
Both the Customer and the Organizer undertake to comply with these registration terms.
2. Registration for the Event
Registration for the event takes place electronically via a registration form.The Customer is required to provide all requested information correctly and completely.
By submitting the registration, the Customer sends the Organizer a proposal to enter into a contractual relationship. The registration becomes binding upon its delivery to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to close registration before the set deadline if the event’s capacity is reached. Participants are recorded in the order in which their registrations are received.
The Organizer will send the Customer information on further steps, including payment details and organizational instructions, to the e-mail address provided in the registration.
The Customer is entitled to request a change of participant within a reasonable time before the event takes place.
By registering for the event, the participant grants consent to the creation of visual or audio documentation of the event for the purposes of its documentation and promotion.
3. Payment Terms
By submitting the registration, the Customer undertakes to pay the participation fee, if one has been set.The Organizer will deliver payment instructions to the Customer, usually in the form of an invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed. The due date is stated on the invoice.
4. Cancellation Terms
Changes and cancellation of the registration may be made exclusively in writing (by e-mail).Free cancellation of the registration is possible no later than 21 calendar days before the event takes place. For cancellation of the registration 20 – 11 days before the event takes place, an obligation arises to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee. For cancellation of the registration less than 10 days before the event takes place, an obligation arises to pay 100% of the participation fee. If the participant is unable to attend the event, they may send a substitute in their place. The participant’s non-attendance at the event does not give rise to a right to a refund of the fee. In the event the Organizer cancels the event, the fee paid will be refunded in full or an alternative date will be offered.
5. Final Provisions
These registration terms are valid and effective from the date stated in their heading.The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms. The new wording takes effect on the day of its publication.
Registrations submitted before the effective date of the new wording are subject to the terms in effect at the time of their submission
